Personal Training

I offer personal training, beginners run coaching and fitness classes in and around Hitchin, Herts. I believe that everyone deserves to feel healthy, happy and confident. When it comes to fitness, I’m all about finding exercises that you enjoy and helping you to make manageable long term changes. It’s all about striking a healthy balance and getting the most out of life. Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to take your fitness to the next level, I can provide the support and expertise to help you to achieve your goals.

Personal Training

Personal training sessions can take place in your home or at a private gym facility. We'll work together to identify realistic goals and settle on an individual action plan to get you there. Group Training

Less cost - more fun! Train with a friend or get a group together and share the cost of personal training. 

Beginners Run Coaching
Always wanted to take up running but not sure where to start? I offer one-to-one beginners run coaching, taking you from running for the bus to running your first 5k in a fun and supportive environment. Sessions cost £12 and I also offer an 8 week course combined with personal training sessions.

Ballet Fitness Classes
A ballet-based workout combining strength, cardio and barre work in a choreographed class to music. Ballet fitness is a great way to make exercise enjoyable and to improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and aerobic fitness. 

Home Workout Programmes
No time for PT but want some guidance to help you get a bit more active? My home workout programme allows you to exercise at your convenience. We'll start with an initial consultation (either over the phone, via email or in person depending on your location) and I'll design an exercise programme that you can easily complete at home or in your local gym. You'll receive ongoing support whenever you need it and a new workout every 6 weeks.
